What took me so long to do business with The Big Screen Store??? Had a great experience working with Chris. He was super friendly, responsive and knowledgeable, something REALLY difficult to find these days at retail stores. This was my first experience with The Big Screen Store but it won't be my last. Do yourself a favor and if you are in the market for home audio/visual equipment or furniture, give them a call and see what they have.

After having shopped online, I remembered having seen The Big Screen Store and looked at their site. The price was the same as Amazon, but they also offer better warranty. I was unsure about the size, so I stopped in the store and Scott was helpful. We compared models iny price range by watching actual shows! While Scott pointed out other options and accessories, there was zero pressure. TV was delivered and set up the next morning. I was able to call and speak with someone when I had a question... something not available on Amazon.

Chris Watkins, was so patient and knowledgeable and showed us the pros and cons of all the TVs that we were contemplating. He was not pushy in any way for any TV in particular. I walked in there knowing what I wanted and left there thinking about different scenarios that Scott had asked me about. There was never any pressure to buy anything or hurry up and make a decision. I visited the store several times before making my final decision on what to buy. I purchased a Tv and a sound bar from the Westminster location and had it delivered the next day. UPDATE TO REVIEW: I bought my TVs over a year ago. I’m moving and was having trouble getting one of the TVs off the wall. There wasn’t a technician in the area to help, so they were going to come out and walk us through how to remove it from the wall. That is OUTSTANDING customer service. Over a year and they are still willing to help any way they can. I’d buy from them any day.Chris was awesome. No pressure and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend. Great Store and Great People!!An unbiased review from someone who does not normally take the time to write a review ... However, I am someone who takes a lot of time to research large purchases before executing.We stopped in to learn about the newer TV models from Samsung and were so impressed with the product and the entire experience, we made our purchase decision within 45 minutes. Mike L. went out of his way to make everything easy for us! He asked about our room size, layout, and ambient lighting and then made his suggestions. He is super knowledgeable and informative on all the products. He, and the rest of the staff, are not pushy at all which makes the buying process easy. We bought a new Frame TV and followed up two weeks later by a fantastic soundbar and surround system. In fact, after the TV purchase, we did not need to shop around for the soundbar system as we knew exactly where to go to get a good education and make a decision. Again, a same day purchase!Delivery of both items was exactly as promised including the call-ahead so we could be home to meet the crew.I will never buy another TV from Costco or BestBuy again!! Asked what we had, Showed what we needed then found us a great deal on a 65 inch w/sound bar.The installation guys Moe and Duane were fast and efficient and cleaned up the area as they went. I had to call them when I messed something up and they were able to talk me though the fix.. Great install people, a real asset to the company..

The experience was great. I went into the store and there was no pressure. They actually told me to wait. I did not need for several months and they told me prices will drop. The TV’s were for a house in Delaware. They said they only deliver to the beach area on Wednesdays. They delivered on Wednesday just after we settled. The delivery people called and told me a window and they were there when they scheduled. They opened the boxes and tested and we have the installs scheduled for this week. They salesman arranged delivery and installation. Everything went very smoothly, it was like dealing with a small company , they truly care about the entire process. Thanks for the great service!

My experience with Alan at the Big Screen Store in Westminster has been nothing but EXCELLENT. I was half way into the store when Alan walked right over to me and offered me his assistance. I had done research and told him what model television I was looking for and he took me right to the display model. He did not try to up brand me, but gave me valuable advice on setting up and getting the most out of the unit. He made the purchase easy and the deal was all done in under a half an hour. I ran into a snag in the set up of the set. I called Alan he promptly answered, and walked through the process to help me finish my set up. The Big Screen Store offers something that I've not seen in many years from a large store, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dealing with them as compared to Best Buy is like night and day. I stopped in the store and Alan was very helpful with every question I had. I left the store and communicated via email with him for some more questions and placed an order Friday evening at 6pm. The buying process was simple (also cheaper than anywhere else) and the TV was delivered Saturday at 9am, way faster than any box store. I have 100% confidence in their honesty and are dedicated to customer service. My experience with all the folks at the Big Screen store was outstanding from start to finish. Chris was the first to reply to me once I emailed a few questions. His historical knowledge within the company helped me because I had purchased a TV and cabinet from them 17 years ago so he was familiar with my setup and what would work for the new TV. Alan helped close the deal once i visited the store. The delivery, and removal of the giant 65 inch full tube tv went smoothly.Big shout out to Romeo and his son who installed the TV precisely in the exact spot that was needed between the existing cabinet and above the new table. He was even able to have the bracket reach out 28 inches to match flush with the cabinet.

Really great experience from beginning to end. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with (even when I had to reschedule) and the movers were very professional nice guys. They hauled away my old TV, too. Great management & I feel like they care about customers. I love my TV and if I ever have problems with it, I'm very confident in this store!

Great knowledge about their products and how all this technology works. Did not try to oversell or up sell me. Delivered and set-up system on time and as expected. Overall, they were great to work with and made buying my first major television purchase easy.

Got an 82" Samsung TV here. Was a lot cheaper than Amazon and the other stores. Salesman knew what he was talking about. Delivery was quick and professional. Guy set everything up, and took away all the trash.

No pressure sales. Asked a lot of questions and were given valuable information. So impressed with the Westminster store and our sales person we ended up buying 2 TVs and 2 Stands. Delivery and set up were exceptional. Gentlemen delivering and setting up were polite, careful, and knew exactly what they were doing. Absolutely GREAT experience.

We are first time customers to The Big Screen Store. They have great prices and quality products!! Chris at the Westminster, MD, store was wonderful!! He helped us figure out which TV and recliners worked for our needs and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. It can be stressful figuring out which electronics and configurations are the best for the area where they will go--Chris was great guiding us through the different options and helped to make it an easier process. The service team who delivered our items were also fantastic. They were quick, efficient, and considerate with our home when moving the items in and setting them up and were also great about showing us how to operate things. The install team for the electronics did an outstanding job and were also patient with our questions regarding the various equipment and remotes. While we were at Westminster, there were customers from the Eastern Shore shopping because Chris was highly recommended to them by prior customers. We were shocked that they will deliver and set up to the Eastern Shore for a reasonable fee!! Overall, our experience with The Big Screen Store has been positive. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a big TV, seating, or even mattresses!!

Walked into the big screen store on route 140 and Westminster and talk to Allen fantastic sales man no pressure easy-going talked about what would be best for the situation and actually recommended a lower-priced TV that would fit better for what I’m looking for I appreciate the time spent in the explanation of everything will definitely go back and buy more items from there next time we need it

Highly recommend visiting the Big Screen Store, after hours of research and stopping by a few places hands down Big Screen had the best prices and best knowledge of a television to suit my needs. Considering in my opinion the TV is the most used appliance in any household why not by a great quality TV at a great price. Next day delivery, and extended warranties at a fraction of price of competitors its a no brainier. Thanks again for the amazing experience.
