Thanks to Jason at the big screen store we FINALLY got a resolution of our warranty issue through Centricity. With Jason's advocacy- within 24 hours of the time we notified him- the matter was resolved with a replacement and installation. We sent many people there after we got our Samsung Frame TV because we were such big fans of the TV and the store. Glad that this glitch has been resolved.

Best TV buying experience I have ever had. Buying a tv is almost like buying a car for me. I have no idea what all the features are. I just need it to work and not cost an arm and leg. Service on the phone before I went into the store was just as good as the service in store. They are the best!! Will definitely be back. If you think you get better TVs and prices anywhere else, you are wrong or just have money to burn.

Bought a tv, surround sound system and a leather couch, everything was perfect and I’m going back for the recliner in a few days. Never had any problems and it’s always nice to walk in and not be forced to take what they want to sell you. Very family oriented atmosphere there.

We had done the research prior to my visit and knew the precise Samsung TV we wanted. The store had that model and was set up to compare it to a range of models. The comparison confirmed our choice. We were also able to compare sound bars with a range quality and features, enabling us to select the next-to top model, with exceptional voice quality (for a hearing-impaired listener) but without the extra speakers for surround sound. The salesman was quite helpful and we purchased the system at a great price.

Got the 85 inch Samsung Neo flat panel with the sound bar and sub woofer, Ellicott City, MD, and had them install it as well. The whole experience was completed in just a few days time. From walking into their store to fully installed. Their install team, with Duane, even extended my outlet up behind the TV so that it has an impressive clean look. Wade and Roy were very kind and accommodating salesmen, and squeezed me in before Thanksgiving! They really have the whole process so well streamlined that its just a peaceful experience all around. Highly recommend them.

We bought a 75 inch Samsung here but had to come back the next day and cancel because my brother-in-law had upgraded their TV on the same day (coincidence) and gave us their 65 inch. Even though we ended up not purchasing this time around, the cancellation was a no questions asked, no hassle process and we will definitely come back next time when we are ready for an upgrade. The entire process was easy. From the financing to the delivery. The only down side I have is that I haven’t received the remote. The movers said that it was not packaged with the accessories for the bed. The movers were able to get in contact with the warehouse so I am just waiting for the remote to be mailed.

I was referred to the BSS in Ellicott City by my father. As soon as I came in, Adam was there to greet me and my 2 boys. I did a ton of research so I pretty much knew what I wanted. Adam took the time to explain all of the features on the tv, as well as the differences between several models. I had the pleasure of working with Adam when my old TV finally died. He was extremely professional and gave me one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, their truck was delayed which impacted when they could get the TV to me. However, when I called to follow up on my order a few days later, he not only remembered my name and what I bought, but also gave me a rundown of all the behind the scenes things he had been working on to coordinate a quick and easy delivery. The install was scheduled the day after the unit came in and they were extremely professional. Very nice, had on their gloves and masks, and they even went the extra mile and hid the wires in the wall for me! Hands down the best service I've ever had. They've earned a customer for life... We joined the 21st century with our first flat screen TV. Though we live in downtown SS, I relished the positive reviews of the Ellicott City Big Screen store and they did not disappoint. I called in October of last year and asked Roy to simplify the process and walk me through it. He was excellent, thorough and not hard sell. We delayed our purchase until the pandemic forced our hand. I called back and asked to speak with Roy and he remembered our conversation. He made me feel like I was dealing with Nordstrom! The installers, which we opted for because we are geezers who wanted it to be easy, were also excellent and efficient. There were some communication glitches Between the store, delivery and installation, so be sure to get your details straight. It was a dream experience and we now have an extraordinary and greatly enhanced viewing and hearing experience! Most of the time good reviews are inflated, but not this time. I went there with my wife shopping for a new tv. Both salesmen had PH.D's all things Samsung TVs. One, they can sale a person a winter coat in the middle of a desert. Two, they treat every customer like they have one million dollars to spend. We purchased the tv we wanted well within our budget and left very satisfied. If you need a tv, this is the place to go.

During the Christmas rush, so we waited to speak to a salesman. The salesperson seemed generally knowledgable but could've told us that the picture may be enhanced by using a 4K video box from our cable provider. We eventually found out, switched boxes and all is well at this point. Instillation was excellent and delivery was on time.

My wife and I entered The Big Screen Store Saturday, 31 November 2019, as the most technically ignorant people to ever visit and we obviously looked the part. Fortunately, Greg Dahle braved the ignorance and came to our rescue. The first thing he explained was why a larger screen TV might be cheaper than a smaller one. Using terms and explanations we could understand Greg explained everything we needed to know to select the best TV for our home! Greg also explained why we might not want a more expensive TV or accessory. I highly recommend requesting Greg Dahle when you visit the Big Screen Store.

Hands down this is the best place to buy a big screen TV! They were cheaper than Costco and Best Buy when I brought my TVwith a 15 day price match guaranteed. 5 days after I brought my TV, the price dropped on amazon. I spoke with Greg and he checked online and found the price had dropped even more than what I saw. Greg refunded me the difference and honored their policy no questions asked and more than what I expected since he found it cheaper! This a rare instance where a traditional brick and mortar store can really compete with the internet and other larger companies like Best Buy/Costco. Greg was straight forward during the entire buying experience with me and I will definitely go back the next time I need to update my TV!

Highly recommend The Big Screen Store (Ellicott City), 5 stars!! Competitive prices to online but much better service. Sales manager (Greg D) knew his stuff inside and out, answered all my questions with insight, had all the models in store and made comparison very easy. After delivery I noticed a few bad pixels on the edge of the screen, called and within 5 minutes they (Greg D) took care of it. Gave me options and one was an upgrade at no charge, delivered new TV, boxed up the original. Glad I went local and not online. Very positive experience, will be a return customer for sure.

Very helpful. Happy with the service and price. The 75" screen is amazingly clear. Neat to see a screen without wearing glasses. The catonsville store has 🐝 here a long time. This is the 2nd TV I've bought from them in 12 years.

Frank and Terry who run the store atr very knowledgeable, and friendly guys. Fabulous cozy showroom. They also sell home theater lazyboy like comfy chairs and couches,tv stands and of course big bright beautifl tv's. Highly recommend a visit. FYIparking is on the side bust mostly around the back.

I have purchased two televisions from this store. Both times the salesmen were very knowledgeable, took their time to explain and show us many different features of different tvs. I will be making my next video purchase from The Big Screen Store as well. No longer will I waste my time with the overpriced, non knowlegdable or wrong information from the box stores or surfing for info for a slightly better savings online. Not worth my time.They also were very willing to answer any questions that I had after my purchase.

Had a great experience at the store. Greg is great! Bought two large size Samsung TVs about a year and half ago. Had a small issue with the screen for one of the TVs recently, but I contacted Greg at the Big Screen Store and he helped get the repair underway in a very timely fashion. Kudos to the 2 year warranty from the Big Screen store, and Greg! I am a Big Screen Store customer for life. Highly recommended.
