I’m giving the Big Screen Store a 5-star rating. My old Sony TV’s backlight gave up. I did my research and determined I wanted a Samsung. After comparison shopping I honestly didn’t want to order from Amazon or fight crowds at Best Buy (who had good prices). I tried the Big Screen store which was such a pleasant experience. They matched the Best Buy price, it was calm and comfortable.Jim Maher helped me. No pressure. Gave good advice. I went in on Saturday afternoon and my TV was delivered AND installed on Monday morning (see photo). The installation crew not only mounted my TV and soundbar, but set everything up (including remotes).This was really good service, from the store to my house. I will use them again.

We purchased a 65” Samsung OLED from Wade at the Glen Burnie/BWI location, and purchased on-the-wall installation with hidden wires. The installers did a great job, but when the TV was installed, it was clear something was wrong with it. WiFi connectivity was spotty and the TV would reboot any time I tried to change inputs. I got back in contact with Wade and he immediately took care of the situation, arranging for a new TV to be delivered and installed perfectly again within 36 hours of my contact. We couldn’t be happier with how Wade and the guys at the Big Screen Store treated us throughout the sale and during the replacement process. The new TV is perfect and has zero issues.Defective products are an unfortunate reality when electronics are as advanced as they’ve become, but what set this place apart is how well they handled the problem. I’d purchase another TV from the Big Screen Store without giving it a second thought. Wade earned me as a customer.

The first thing I was looking for was the price, so I had my phone checking the competition. The prices were great and I was able to coordinate delivery for a date of my choosing. The delivery team brought the 85” TV into the room I wanted, unpacked it, plugged it in to make sure everything was in order and took away the packing material. You aren’t going to get that with Amazon!

I went to perform research, was not ready to purchase, but I'd certainly return to this location to purchase.4 stars only because they limit TV selection to Samsung. No other brands sold here. However, Samsung TV prices are very competitive.

Greeted at the door, shown the TV we wanted and setup delivery for when we wanted. Was kinda shocked there are no Tvs in stock within the store itself. They all have to be delivered. However the delivery team ensures that the TV is fully functional prior to leaving. Would definitely recommend!

Acquired a rather large TV for the new property. Searched online and found the target model for the amount I wanted to spend. Considered CostCo and BestBuy, but in visiting Wade at the Big Screen Store, I knew I’d run with them.He broke things down in plain language, game me time to compare his offerings (including install and sound bar) w/the competition and was clear and efficient throughout the process. We purchased two large screen TVs from the big screen store in Glen Burnie, Maryland. We had Jim and Wade as our salesmen and they were both wonderful, old school, professional, service.They were wonderful to work with, I would highly recommend them over Best Buy for purchasing large screen TVs. The service is impeccable.I would highly recommend the Samsung surroundsound package with the subwoofer. It is by far the hands-down best surroundsound system ever. You will hear sounds and think someone’s in your house it’s so realistic, if you’re watching a movie and the doors creaking etc. It really brings a home theater system to life!!!

I went into the store and spoke with the Wade. He asked me for my needs for the TVs. He informed me all the options and thought me a few things of the technologies used for the TVs in their inventory. I was able to make a decision for the TV I wanted. I did their in house credit option and the process was fast and easy. I then set up all delivery which was available within 2 days of purchase and took their extended warranty as well. They explained the warranty process and it was simple and fast. They had options for delivery, mount set up and had the option to buy all required items from them as well so no need to go elsewhere and buy those items. I chose only delivery as I already had the mount. The delivery on the day of was fast and easy and I didn’t have to wait long. The delivery reps brought the Tv inside and opened it to make sure it was not broken from transport. Definitely great service and will use them again in the future.

My experience with the Big Screen Store began in May 2021. My wife and I visited the Annapolis, Maryland store and were very pleased to meet Jim Maher who spent a considerable amount of time discussing the options for purchasing a new Samsung high definition television and a credenza on which to place it. Both were delivered in excellent condition and we have been enjoying watching movies and shows on a high definition television set. Several weeks ago the left door on the credenza would not close shut. It was not catching on the bracket inside. We called the Annapolis store and were told that Jim had changed locations and was at the Glen Burnie store. My wife exchanged information with Jim along with several pictures of the credenza door. After taking the initial information and looking at our pictures Jim offered to come out to our home on his day off to look at the credenza door. He arrived on time today and spent almost an hour reworking the fastening brackets inside the cabinet and on the door. In short, he fixed the problem and there was no charge. I have been a consumer for seventy years. I have rarely seen such outstanding service for a product that was bought and delivered. In these days one can rarely get a person on the phone when calling a business. If you want outstanding PERSONAL service I highly recommend you deal with Jim Maher at the Big Screen Store. He is a personable competent professional who is a delight to work with.

Excellent experience. I never really heard of Big Screen TV store until the financing company i used recommended them for purchasing my electronics. I live like an hour from this store but it was worth the drive. When i called my local store, they didnt answer so I contacted the Glen Burnie store, Mr. Michael answered. He gave me phenomenal customer service over the phone, straightforward no chasers. He answered questions about the price over the phone, discussed the specs and everything. I was so impressed that i came in the BWI store the very next day and purchased my item with Mr. Michael only. He was just as helpful in the store as on the phone. I couldnt moss him bc he discribed himself too the tee, Goatee to be exact (great sense of humor). He didn't give any pressure and was happy to accomodate anyway possible. I recommend you to not just view their website but come to the actual store. You will be amazed at the merchandise and prices for quality items. The truly do beat their competitors prices...I confirmed online immediately and was sold. I scheduled delivery and got the date i requested and the installers were even more professional. The overall experience is truly a 5 star rating. I was out of there in less than an hour and I was responsible for the lag bc I challenged everything and had to make an errand in the midst of the purchase. The number of different models and features of tv’s are enormance. Big Screen explained each unit and it’s price , without pressure and matched the marginal difference in price the warehouse store had. Then they delivered and installed the unit ( less risk and less time ) which was free at the time. I would suggest you visit them, you will be glad you did.

My experience with The Big Screen Store has been great. Mike Wall was very knowledgeable, and helpful when my wife and I were picking out the Palliser home theatre chairs.We had to return to the store on several occasions to decide on the choice of leathers and colors.
