This was my first experience at The Big Screen Store. I met Steve who greeted me. I told him what I was interested in. He showed me the various TVs that met my needs. He never once pushed me to purchase anything, instead, showed me the differences between the TVs. I made a decision to purchase a TV on a Monday and it was delivered two days later on a Wednesday. The gentleman gently set up the new TV where I wanted it placed and made sure it turned on.The TV I purchased was a few dollars less the Amazon, but I wanted to give my business to a local merchant, and I'm glad I did. The TV came with a one year warranty and they added on another year at no extra cost. I added on one more year for $50. I also liked the idea that they provide lifetime technical support. In fact, a day or so later I had a question and I was walked through the process to help me address the issue.I would highly recommend The Big Screen Store for the purchase of a TV.

The best advice I can give is if you are buying a large size TV do not go anywhere except The Big Screen Store. Here's why:1. Their price matched Amazon and Best Buy.2. They remove the TV from the box for you, attach the legs, set it on your stand, and assure the TV is undamaged, all at no extra charge and quicker than you can.3. They provide an extra year of warranty protection at no charge.4. If you know the brand and model already you want you can order over the phone without hassle5. Delivery was faster than competing storesHaving had two prior TV orders through Amazon arrive damaged/non-functional, and having then to pack them up for return, I can't tell you how much I appreciated point #2 above (for which Amazon doesn't provide, and Best Buy charges a hefty fee). My only regret is that I wish I started with The Big Screen Store in the first place!

Very disappointed and frustrated with my shopping experience at the Rockville Store. UPDATE: The general manager, Jason Brager, called me the same day I posted my review. He asked if I would be willing to talk to him about my negative experience with the store. I was impressed that he didn't throw his people under the bus, but instead spent a couple hours on the phone talking to all parties involved before discerning that mistakes had been made and he fully owned them. (Did not lay it on the employees, I respect that.). Additionally, he could have just refunded my money and that would have been sufficient. However, he asked if he could possibly earn back my trust with The Big Screen Store. He didn't want the sale, he just wanted the opportunity to restore their reputation. I respect that also. While I was reluctant, I did in the end find his sincerity and professionalism worthy of risking working with them. In the end, my TV was delivered and installed promptly and the installer, Romeo and his helper, did a great job. They took time to show me how everything worked. Jason called to check and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. To summarize: Everyone makes mistakes and I accepted the apology for the manager and the resolution to the issue. I do appreciate a company that stands behind their word and reputation. Kudos to Jason for running a quality firm.

I bought a really nice tv for my dad here along with an awesome sound bar. The guy who helped us was super friendly and helpful, I got a great deal and excellent service.

Store experience was wonderful. Installation was wonderful while it was happening but after they left I noticed the left leg on the tv stand was sticking out about an inch and not seated properly. I tried for awhile to get it installed properly while holding up the left side of the TV but it was too heavy to keep lifting and the stand wouldn’t budge and we gave up. Now every time I look at my beautiful 82” QLED TV I can only fixate on that one leg not being attached properly and that it’s not sitting level on the beautiful credenza I got from them also... sigh it’s too big and heavy for me to lift and I live alone.EDIT: I purchased another TV for a different room a couple weeks after this... good experience in store, as usual, and when they delivered the second TV, they fixed the issue with the stand on the 82"... ALL IS WELL! And... I'll be back! 🙂

The products and buying process are great. The people who delivered my purchase were very hurried--bordering on being rude. Zero stars for delivery. I chose not to have the product installed so maybe they use a different set of people for installation. Lets hope so. The men who delivered my set were indifferent, at best, to the concept of "customer service", quite different from my in-store experiences.

This is my second purchase from Big Screen Store. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Got a great black Friday deal and was delivered the next day. No pressure sales tactics. They were also very friendly to my son who just wanted to run around the store and hide behind the theater chairs. 🙂

I was very happy with my experience at Big Screen Store. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and the sales associate who helped me was knowledgeable and personable. In the end, I purchased a beautiful Samsung and have enjoyed it every day since. I will absolutely buy my next TV from them!

Great TV buying experience! Steve was very easy to work with and knew all the answers to the questions I had. Also did not try and push me to spend more. Better prices and incentives than any of the big box or Amazons. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great TV.

If I could give more than 5 starts, I would! We had an excellent experience at the Big Screen Store in Rockville. We were greeted with Barry when we entered the store. We told him what we were looking for and he began showing us our options. He is very knowledgeable and worked within our budget. We are so excited with the purchase we made of a75" television and four theater chairs. Great quality and great selection. Barry is an outstanding member of this team. Speaking of team members, we also met Steve who was working at this store and was very friendly. He was working with other customers and was also very helpful. I highly recommend this store and this great team! We are excited to get our room set-up and know we will enjoy this purchase for years to come.
