Simple and efficient online sales process, local store called a couple hours later to schedule delivery which happened a scant 2 days later (unheard of). Great product and I got excellent client support on the phone when I had a question after delivery. The brick & mortar isn’t dead yet and these folks really provide a high quality experience.

No high pressure sales or upselling. Sales manager knew his products and answered all questions knowledgeably and honestly. Gave me ample time to make decisions. Delivery went without a hitch — they were on time, called when they were on their way, were efficient and professional. Prospective buyers should know that they only sell Samsung TVs, though, so take that into consideration if you have another brand in mind. For me it was not an issue, and I would definitely recommend this store.

We have purchased all of our TVs and TV furniture over the years from the big screen store and have always received great service. Also the install team was great and installed the 85 inch tv on the wall along with the sound bar and rear speakers and completely explained everything. My wife hit a wrong button and The staff at the store explained how to restore it so their follow up support is also great.

After ordering a TV from Amazon and it arriving giving nothing more than a black screen with wiggly lines, I immediately started the week-long return/pick up/credit process with them and headed over to the Big Screen Store the next day. It was recommended by a friend who said this was they only local place they'd shop for TVs and to avoid local big box stores who are notoriously unaccommodating with returns.My TV purchase from BSS was so easy! Bought the same TV in about 10 minutes, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The TV was delivered the next morning (free - even 3 flights up to my condo and into my living room), and the team opened the box to ensure the TV turns on as should. Everything was perfect from purchase to delivery and the bonus was the same TV was $150 cheaper because I didn't have to buy a 3rd party extended warranty like with Amazon. The Big Screen Store has a comparable 2-year warranty free of charge. As long as I'm in the area, I won't shop anywhere else for TVs.

We are repeat customers because The Big Screen Store always takes care of its customers. They give a level of customer service not often found these days. Charlie knows his tv’s and gives excellent advice on which tv would be best for what you want to use it for. Best price, Best warranty and the delivery and set up is excellent. We have purchased 4 tvs and sofa from them and have been very pleased. Setting up delivery and installation was easy. Tyrell and Rashawn set everything up for us and made sure all components were working. They showed us how to use everything and made sure we understood everything before they left. Since we got a new tv the day before the Super Bowl, they even told us to call them on Sunday if we had any issues—-which we didn’t because they had everything working perfectly before they left. Top notch all the way from discovery to purchase to set up and beyond.

Shopping and purchasing at the Big Screen Store was easy and the selection is good. After spending a few weeks searching online and looking at other retailers, we eventually visited this store, purchased the same day, and got scheduled delivery and setup of the TV a few days later. Having a good selection of sizes and features is helpful to directly compare models. The salesperson was very patient while we browsed on our own for a while. Then when we had questions, the salesperson was able to answer everything and explain the technical details of the different features at different price levels.

Only four because I think your return policy made me feel like I should buy from somewhere else just in case I didn't like the TV. It was repeated to me that there is no return policy because people would watch the Super Bowl and return it. Mine was being delivered after the Super Bowl because I didn't "need" it that fast. But he kept referring to watching the Super Bowl and returning it. The TV seems fine, but not the upgrade I expected. The Alexa is a pain and I haven't quite figured it out yet. It says it will load what I ask and then doesn't. I'm trying to figure out the "smart things" portion to get it fully operational. I do love the atmosphere of shopping at the Big Screen Store though and the sale reps were helpful.

The beauty of the Big Screen Store is technical knowledge of Charlie and Kevin who can help a buyer decide which model to choose for optimal viewing at an affordable cost. Buyers should realize that the Big Screen Store will match prices and if one has a technical issue, he/she need not being the big screen to the store for warranty; the Bid Screen Store will come to the buyer. Having an expert available by phone plus a competitive price and free delivery reducing risk (damage during personal hauling of a big screen) is a major benefit for the buyer. I was pleased with the price, service and quality.

There was several options for me to purchase my 75 inch tv since price wise it is same. However, I preferred Big Screen Store as they offered 1 more year of extended warranty and delivery to the selected room. They also unpacked the tv, tested it and kept the package to the location you want. This is something you won't get from other providers. Considering the big size, I feel it is convenient to have some extra hands to place it to the place you want

I bugged these guys for a couple of months asking questions about TV stands. They remembered me each time and happily answered all my questions. At that time I was only considering a stand but I ended up buying an 85" Samsung QLED from them that was $500 less than at the Blue and Yellow box store where you are lucky to find someone to talk to you. The TV was delivered 2 days later and the guys unboxed it for me for free. Blue/Yellow place was a 2-3 week wait for delivery. I would highly recommend them.
