I've dealt with Steve several years ago when I purchased my first 75" Samsung and had a great experience. I sent my parents to see him that same year to get their first 65" and they too had a great experience. I have purchased a Bose sound bar and bass module from Steve about 2 years ago because of how professional he was and making sure I had a positive buying experience. Alfred was the salesman I dealt with this past week to get my parents a 75" for their newly built house and the Big Screen store didn't disappoint. They come highly recommend and I will be returning for my new tv or sound bar purchase.

Went to the "Best" store nearby, but the salesperson really didn't help with any information, so I called the local Big Screen store. They didn't have exactly the TV I was looking for, but Steve called me right back and suggested another model...an 8K for a great price. I went up and bought that and an excellent Samsung Soundbar for a deep discount too. Steve and Alfred were extremely helpful and this is now my go-to place for TVs in the future.

My wife and I originally went in to take advantage of the 2 for 1 TV deal. The sales associate, Steve, promptly greeted us and asked how he could help us. He then went on to explain the differences in the TV's. Long story short, we decided to not go with the 2 for 1 deal, as we really didn't need the 2nd TV and instead purchased a better-quality TV and a nice TV stand. Steve was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and helped us to make the right purchasing decision.

Steve was FABULOUS!!!!! And, against his advice I choose to have my installation done by another company because I subscribe to their services. Let's just say, this other was company was ANYTHING but "Best". I called Steve back, told him my plight, and literally, as I type this, my tv's are being installed. I would recommend these folks highly and customer service is their hallmark.

After have an absolute horrible experience with Best Buy, the TV I bought was delivered 3 days later than promised and the screen was cracked in multiple places. Decided to try the Big Screen Store and could not have been happier with that decision. Our sales rep Steve was knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the different levels of TVs available. Great customer service and walked out of there with a TV that is going to meet my needs. Overall great experience and will recommend this store to our friends.

I purchased an entertainment loveseat from the Big Screen Store. The quality of the furniture is much better than what I've seen in a lot of furniture store. I also got a nice discount and free delivery. The store salesman was very friendly and easy to work with. You should really include this store when your researching entertainment furniture or tvs.

I was in the store on August 12 and Tom assisted me. He was extremely pleasant, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I was interested in looking at the mattresses and he told me all about the features, and he brought over a pillow to try out as well and told me all about the different levels of pillows. I bought one of the Serta cool pillows and absolutely love it. I had questions about a couple of the chairs in the store and tried some out, he knew all about them and why and how they were designed, NASA rings a bell. I am thinking of coming back and purchasing one of the Norwegian Stressless chairs. Kudos to him, I give him 5 Stars!!!
