We found the Big Screen Store when looking for a Stressless Recliner. Our salesman, Frank White, was great! He helped us evaluate the models they carry, gave us leather samples to take home, and showed us color options for the wood base. He spent a lot of time with us and we never felt rushed. We went into the Annapolis store early June to purchase two televisions as advertised in their 2 for 1 price special. Frank was very helpful in showing us the TV's on special as well as better quality televisions. I never got the feeling we were being upsold but more being provided all our purchase options. We were so comfortable with Frank's easy going manner and comprehensive knowledge of his products we purchased two tv's, sound bars and a large sectional with recliners. Following the sale he was very diligent in keeping us posted on the delivery details and date. The delivery team was also very proficient in carrying our items to our second floor location. I bought a 75 inch tv and the next week I bought a 55 inch tv. I arranged the purchase and delivery all by phone which was very easy. My salesperson in the Annapolis store was Terry. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. My only negative comment has to do with a $50.00 charge (which I was told about up front) for programming the new remote which came with the tv(s). It only took the delivery/installer less than 5 minutes to complete this task. I therefore think that a $50.00 charge for each tv (total $100.00) is much too high. For this reason I can only give a 4 star rating instead of 5. I believe that programming the remote should be included at no additional charge as part of the free delivery /installation process for all tv's over $1,000.

Easy. Too easy. Prices were the same as big box but customer service and knowledge were better. Way better. In addition, shilling and install was scheduled within two days of purchase. How do you beat that? The simple answer is that you don’t! Dealing with a small business has its perks and this was a big one. Is much rather support this store and the major retailers. Will do it again.

Absolute GEM of a store, with quality folks working behinds the scenes to make things happen. Ordered a large TV that was shipped via tractor trailer in about one week, the item arrived perfectly packaged, and the extra care they took with thin sheets of wood to protect the front and rear is an incredible customer service gesture.I received photos of the TV in the test area to show it in working condition, and photos of it on a skid securely banded, so i knew exactly how it was coming to me.Jim & Jason were wonderful to work with on this purchase, straight pricing, no surprises, free shipping and I could not be happier with The Big Screen Store from top to bottom.I would definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Spoke to a very knowledgeable salesman on the telephone. We visited the store shortly afterwards and viewed the 65 inch Samsung’s that were available. The transaction was completed in short order and delivery and set up took place early the next day. The delivery set-up crew was wonderful and finished the install in record time. After some on-line research of TV ratings, I called the Annapolis Big Screen store around 5 pm. Unbelievably, by 8:30 am the next morning my new 65” Samsung was delivered, unboxed and sitting on my TV stand ready for me to do final set up. So fast and easy, not to mention friendly interactions with everyone involved. The extra year added to the manufacturer 1yr guarantee was a very nice plus.

I researched model I wanted then shopped on line where I thought the best prices would be, Amazon, Best Buy and Big Screen store. All were the same price, so I chose Big Screen as it was closest. I called to make sure they had the model, and found out I could pay on line and have it delivered next business day. I did not pay the $50 for set up, but their procedure is to set it up enough to make sure it worked properly. All went well.

It's not just "not great"; it's a complete shame. Big Screen Store is amazing BUT I have to let consumers know that the third party warranty provider they are using is not reputable. After two years, I have a section of my couch that needs to be repaired. Not only did "My ProtectAll" not repair the couch, they refused to even register my warranty. That's right, after a phone call, multiple attempts on their website, and three emails over a month-long period, they won't even register my warranty that would even allow me to submit a warranty claim (that they would likely refuse). I have lodged a formal complaint with the BBB on "My ProtectAll". Not convinced? Just google them and read the BBB reviews!Bottomline, I love my tv and my couch and the Big Screen Store but they need to not do business with non-reputable companies. I have an obligation to warn my fellow consumers.

My experience with the Big Screen Store has been great and greater! First off, I purchased an amazing, Samsung flatscreen and sound bar (and extended warranty) that were installed within two days of my purchase in late 2021. Everything was fine, until the TV developed some glitches this past December. Naturally, I expected resistance from the retailer and problems getting it resolved. WRONG! Mike Lawry and Ed Hodge were nothing short of gracious - the TV was picked up and the exchange was approved and delivered in less than a week. AND .. the delivery/installation guys were terrific. On time, expert at what they do, and totally congenial. Because I wasn't sure about the workings of the sound bar and woofer, they even came back the next day to walk me through some process stuff. They made the entire experience a customer service dream! All that made me happy in time for the playoffs and a customer for life.
