Special Order Items:
Special order items may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. In the event of a defect at time of delivery, The Big Screen Store may elect to repair the item. If repair is not feasible, the item will be replaced. In the event of a defect after delivery, the item will be serviced according to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty and/or any extended warranties or service policies purchased with the product.
The Big Screen Store will not be responsible for items that cannot delivered due to not fitting through doorways, hallways, etc. We offer detailed instructions for how to measure for delivery if there is any concern that the item you are considering may not fit as well as the option to come out and measure for a small fee.
In the rare event of a defect found at the time of delivery, The Big Screen Store will replace the item at no cost to the customer. In the event of a manufacturer's defect within the first 30 days, The Big Screen Store will replace the TV at no cost to the customer for local purchases and deliveries. Outside of our local delivery area, any manufacturer's defect will need to be repaired.
Physical damage that occurs after delivery is not covered by warranty. TVs are very fragile and The Big Screen Store offers installation services and advises against consumers hanging and handling TVs on their own. TVs with cracked screens cannot be repaired.
We strive to match our customers to the right product the first time. In the event you are not happy with the TV for any reason, TVs may be exchanged one time within 15 days of the original purchase date subject to a $99 pickup/delivery fee.
TVs may be returned within 15 days only if in like-new condition with the box, packaging, and all accessories and there will be a 15% restocking fee assessed to cover the markdown of the TV to be sold as an open sample plus a $49 pickup fee. TVs may not be returned to our stores by the customer due to the fragile nature and risk for damage in transport.
Furniture may not be returned once delivered as the furniture can no longer be sold as new. In the event of a defect noticed at the time of delivery, The Big Screen Store may elect to repair it as long as the repair can be completed in a timely manner and the defect does not significantly impact use of the item. If repair is not feasible, the item will be replaced.
Any defects occurring after delivery will be serviced according to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty and/or any extended warranties or service policies purchased at the time of sale.
Like-new furniture may be exchanged for another item within the first 15 days after delivery and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover the markdown and sell off of the furniture plus a $99 pickup/delivery fee. The remaining 75% will be applied to the item that you choose to exchange for.
All Samsung Soundbars come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Simply save the box, packaging, and accessories and return the item to our store if you are not 100% satisfied for a full refund.
Local (within 15 miles of any Big Screen Store location and up to 120 miles for additional fees):
We will call you the morning of delivery between 7 and 8 am with a 3 hour window. Someone over the age of 18 must be home at the time of delivery to accept and sign for the delivery and to instruct our delivery team where to place the merchandise.
TVs: We will, deliver, open, and inspect the TV. We will take a picture of the TV verifying that the item was delivered in good condition. We can leave the TV setup on its pedestal or put it back in the box for you. Setup and installation are available for additional charges. TVs are extremely fragile. The Big Screen Store advises against installation or handling of TVs due to their fragile nature. Cracked screens or other physical damage are not covered under warranty.
Furniture: We will, deliver and setup the furniture in the room of your choice. Please have the area clear as we do not move or remove old furniture or other items. We will setup and test the furniture per the client's instructions. Please ask us for help in measure to ensure that furniture will fit where you want it to be delivered. For an additional fee, we can come measure for you. In the event that in-stock furniture does not fit, we will take it back for a full refund less the delivery fee. Special order items cannot be cancelled or returned. Special order items that do not fit are the responsibility of the customer. In some cases, we can have a technician disassemble the furniture and reassemble it in the home for a fee of $350 to $600 per piece.

We can ship only to the continental United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping address.
When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number. Shipping will occur via common carrier and the carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment arrives to their local terminal. Delivery will be curbside. Please note any damage to the packaging and refuse the shipment if there is any major damage. The Big Screen Store will not be responsible for damages reported more than 1 hour after delivery, so please open, inspect, and test the item immediately.
