You may return most new, unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for shipping back to our warehouse.
For a full refund, item(s) must be in new factory sealed condition and returned with all original packaging and accessories. All electronics must have a UPC or serial number and the serial number of the item must match the serial number of the item that was shipped, both on the box and on the item itself. Unless the return is the result of an error, you are responsible for return shipping charges. If the item is defective when opened we may elect to repair it on site if this can be done promptly. If not we will pick up the item and ship you a replacement of the same model number at our expense. Incorrect or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, please call us at 410-321-8900 or email email@example.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship only to the continental United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping address.
When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number.
