Placed the order in the late afternoon through Amazon/BIG Screen Store and they reached out to me in less than 2 hours to schedule delivery the NEXT DAY and worked around a schedule limitation I had for that day and stayed in COMMUNCATION throughout! Absolutely outstanding service at the Big Screen Store in Fairfax from beginning to end. Off and on, I've been looking to replace our 2005 TV and stopped in the store. I hesitate to shop at specialty stores like Big Screen Store, assuming prices will be much higher than Best Buy, CostCo, etc. I checked retail stores before buying, even spoke with Samsung, and Big Screen beat all prices. Matt Cooper, Sales Manager, was patient and thorough, explaining technical information in layman's language. I purchased the tv and sound system on Monday, indicating I was leaving town Saturday, but if it couldn't be done, we would install when I returned four weeks later. We scheduled, and when there were problems with the delivery and install, Matt - - on his day off!!! - - came into the store, contacted the delivery and installation teams, and everyone came together, just for me. I am beyond satisfied, I am thrilled. Highly recommend!!!

Mark was quite helpful. They have lot of different big screen TVs. He explained all the models and recommended a lower priced model albeit last year's one. That saved us close to $900.00. He also arranged for a mounting crew who mounted our TV. We recommend Big Screen Store for variety and price.

I cannot say how great my experience was in purchasing my 2022 television. The store manager answered all my questions and then some. The store was empty at the time and he devoted himself to me. I cannot say that this has ever happened to me during many years of shopping. Additionally the delivery team arrived on schedule, removed the old and installed the new tv in a timely fashion. I am now enjoying my new purchase and cannot believe how much the technology has advanced since my last purchase. My gosh is all I can say. Four Stars for The Big Screen Store 👍😊

Had a wonderful experience with The Big Screen Store! I did all my research online -- loved their video walking down the line of TVs explaining the differences (it was a bit cheesy, but just what I needed!). I called a couple times with questions which were always answered so thoroughly and patiently. Then I finally decided to do it -- I called and made the purchase without even making a trip to the store and had the TV delivered just a few days later. Setup was super fast, I'm loving my purchase. Also, the price decreased by $100 a week later and The Big Screen Store stood by their 15 day price guarantee and refunded the difference right away! Fantastic experience, highly recommend!

The Big Screen Store did a great job with our custom theater seats, as well as our media cabinet. Matt in particular was great and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Their prices were very competitive and they were local, so it was far superior to trying to purchase something online from the number of different sources sight unseen. All in all, a great experience and I would recommend them.

After a competitor delivered my new TV with a cracked screen, I sent it back and placed an order for the same model with The Big Screen Store. They called to let me know they could offer me a better model at a lower price. When I found a suspiciously lower price for the better model online, they matched it and issued me a refund for the difference. My beautiful new TV was delivered that week. They unboxed it, tested it and hauled the packaging away. Professional from beginning to end.

He measures, asks for opinions than went ahead and installed. His helper John was great too. I would give 6 stars for the customer service, guidance at store and the low pressure sale. They are truly driven to serve their customers, without any marketing gimmicks. Got an Definitive technology’s advanced studio sound bar at a cost lower than on any other website. Their furniture look fabulous and are priced very reasonably. Reducing one star though for the TV mount installation team. They were patient and friendly, but struggled to get the mantle mount we had purchased to mount our tv (we had our own and did not purchase it). They charged us a little more than we were quoted by others. We went ahead with big screen since they are in the entertainment business and we expected much better and smoother experience with mounting the TV over the fire place.We know we will always go to big screen for our TV, audio systems and furniture, but tv mount installations- may be not.

My wife and I originally bought a big screen for the super bowl. The salesperson was very helpful in guiding us to a model which is perfect for our needs vs. simply up-selling the latest model. We chose the Samsung Q60 LED and couldn't be happier. As a result of the positive experience, we have gone back to The Big Screen Store for theater seating recliners not once but twice, purchasing two each time for a total of four. Again, the staff was extremely helpful in selecting models and fabrics. Also, due to the COVID situation, the manufacture of our chairs was delayed, but the salesman, Mike, went above and beyond to ensure we were kept up to date on the progress and he expedited delivery. Even the guys who delivered the chairs were great. I had a few special instructions for them which was no problem and setup was quick. I'm not normally effusive, but I can't say enough good things about our experience.

The personal service at the Fairfax Big Screen Store is excellent. The quality of the products they carry, such as Samsung and Bose are rated as some of the best. When they have sales the deals are especially appealing although their regular prices are good and competitive anytime. Delivery and set-up were on time and so helpful. Our purchase consisted of a 75” Samsung TV, Bose Soundbar, and console to set the TV on as I did not want it hung on the wall. We are having a little issue with the soundbar (may be user issue!) but am confident if we reach out to the store we can get the assistance we need.

I had a problem with my Samsung 55 inch TV, the staff was great and worked hard to resolve the problem. But the third party extended warranty company they use is awful. I started in Aug with a repair ticket, two different repair companies and no shows later, company number three picked up my TV and I finally received a new TV in Dec. I have purchased several big screen TVs from this store for the past 15 years. No pressure sales. Best deal in terms of price, service and selection. Their installation staff is professional and friendly. They also have a great selection of home theater seating arrangements.
