After looking at big screen TVs for the last three years, I finally purchased an 85 in Samsung TV on Saturday at the big screen store in Fredericksburg Central Park .The sales guys were knowledgeable, friendly and engaging in helping me make the right decision for my purchase. No high end sales pressure or trying to upsell a TV or device that I did not want or couldn’t use . These guys were all about customer service and helping you make an educated decision!!!!On Wednesday, Ro & Tyrell were my installers and theses guys were great!!!!I received a call about 45 minutes prior to their arrival and they were on time. Both of my installers were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining what they were going to do.Installing the TV took about 30 minutes and these guys even offered to program the TV for me.I could not have asked for a better group of installers like Ro & Tyrell.Altogether the experience of purchasing the TV and having it delivered to the installation process was quick efficient and seamless. This TV is everything they said it would be. The salesmen talked at length with my husband, and explained the different features. My only complaint is the delivery men that were used. My husband was the one who received the t.v. and there were two men. One was trying to move the 85" by himself while the other played on his cell phone. Once my husband asked him why he wasn't helping, the man was rude. I wished he'd gotten the names of the men since one was awesome (and apologized for the other), and the other was useless. I know this rating is on the store itself which is why I gave it 5 stars. I'm hoping the staff from The Big Screen Store will see this and replace the lazy delivery person.

My husband and I were very please with the excellent service we received when going into the Big Screen TV Store. The person was very knowledgeable and we purchased a wonderful television, wall mount & sound bar. Before we had even arrived back home we received a call for delivery the next evening on Friday. We expected it to take longer. The delivery gentlemen were very knowledgeable, efficient and explained everything so that we could enjoy entertainment for the weekend! I will definitely be going here instead of Best Buy. We waited there for 40 minutes with no assistance and made a better decision of where to purchase and spend our money. We've bought a few items from the store over the years. Great sales people, the kind that still remember you after a year. When originally I bought my TV I went with a vendor as I was able to get an employee discount that BSS wasn't able to price match against. However that TV was defective, delivered late, and wasn't able to be replaced (but I would have had to re-order and wait again for the new one). Instead I called my guy at BSS and he got us the new TV delivered and installed within a week.I hope to not need to go visit them any time soon, but they will def be my first stop when I'm looking for a new setup.

Choose your own model and size—they come in small, medium, and large, pick the type leather and color you like, and wait for a custom chair you helped design, and that fits you.

The Big Screen store isn’t your traditional brick and mortar store. They offer top notch service with a personal touch that is rarely seen in business anymore. My local BSS has had the same two gentleman working there for the last 4 years. They know who me and my wife are, and they go out of their way to be supportive and dedicated to our needs when we’re in the market for electronics or furniture.My big screen TV, my living room set, my Bose sound bar and multiple Bose receivers have come from TBSS. This weekend we finally updated the furniture in our media room with the set that we have been admiring for the last 8 months. As always the service was spectacular and the price is always the best for their top tier furniture. My furniture arrives this week but here is some of my purchases that I made in the past that were absolutely perfect from buying to delivery! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

It's hard to go somewhere and find someone that actually knows about TVs anymore. Best Buy and some of the big box stores have people that are trained to touch on the bullets, but they generally don't know about TVs all that much. When I walked into the Big Screen store all their lighting is setup in a more realistic manner and the TVs are setup in such a way that you can actually compare them side by side. I had a great experience from walking in, to ordering, to receiving the TV. I had always avoided going here because I assumed their prices were higher. I should have actually looked into that earlier. There prices are basically the same as other places and their service is much better.

Bought the Samsung QLED 65" 8K Q900 at a much better price than Best Buy & Amazon (+$700 cheaper). For the price, the warranty is as good as Costco's but much better than Best Buy. Unfortunately, Costco doesn't sell this particular model. The salesperson at BSS was very knowledgeable about their products and very patient..., did not pressure me..., like a car salesperson. Sadly, the Best Buy salesperson wasn't fully trained on the product--not an SME. The individual had to rely on the Best Buy website to answer my questions--not cool, very frustrating. The television is remarkable..., still no buyer's remorse.

I was confident that I was purchasing the components I wanted without any buyers remorse. After the TV was delivered the closer of the deal and most important part was the installation of the components I purchased, and the service provided by the installer Mr.Romeo Patterson and associate Dre, of RSP Solutions was nothing short of professional. They discussed the possible installation location over my fireplace and offered sound logical suggestions. The results was a perfect setup that impressed me and I am sure will impress my guest. My second purchase from the Big Screen Store was as good if not better than the first. They listened to what I wanted and made several recommendations for me to research on my own. Then if I liked one of their recommendations, all I had to do was call and make my purchase over the phone. I ordered the next day and I received EXACTLY what I wanted the following day. No pressure sales, just professional assistance. The delivery team was courteous and conducted the delivery with care. You will not find a better store to buy your next TV than "The Big Screen Store."

We were very satisfied with our purchase. The salesmen were very patient with answering our many questions as well as explaining everything to us. When I did have an issue, they took care of it right away. They seem genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction, right up to the owner. Pleasant experience and we'll be back when we buy our next television.

I purchased a Samsung 65” curved TV. It was delivered and set up the following day. Although I wasn’t charged for set up the technicians did it anyway. I am extremely pleased with The Big Screen store and will purchase my next TV from them.

Ed Hodge is my guy at this store. While I have not made all of my TV purchases here they are always my first stop when ever I need a new screen. Very happy with the TV I bought a few months ago. Professional Saturday delivery. Great advice, no pressure and very friendly. I cant recommend enough.

Bought a 55 inch QLED from Corey. He was able to get it for me delivered when it was convenient for us. He also provided best guidance when it came to deciding which TV to purchase. Thank you for your dedication. You rarely get this level of customer service nowadays... especially from any online retailer or even Best Buy.
