Thank you for your fast response.
The employee I would like to compliment is Essy. He works at The Big Screen Store on 11053 Lee Highway in Fairfax, VA. The phone number to the store is 703-218-2400.
The reason: I was trying to find out about a certain type of TV (this TV was purchased by one of my relatives at an unrelated store) and why a certain channel would not work on that particular set--amongst several other concerns. It was more than simply an antennae issue, and Essy gave me detailed information on not only the TVs that you have in your store, but also about how I might rectify the problem in general.
Throughout my inquisition, Essy was very patient, professional, and polite, and gave solid advice.  If I get a new TV for myself in the future, his helpfulness just might lure me in to that particular store to check out and/or purchase the merchandise.
Please let him know that I contacted you. Tell him I am the guy who called him a little over a week ago to ask about a certain digital television that had a problem with only one channel. I told him to give me his name because I was going to contact someone in corporate, or wherever I needed to, to put in the good word for him. I wanted him to know that I made good on my promise, and also that you know he is doing a great job as far as I am concerned.

We are returning customers to The Big Screen Store after having purchased two Sony Bravia TVs some years back. We purchased a new Samsung 55 inch curved TV 9000 model. It is an incredible TV with the 4K clarity that I would not have believed if I had not seen it. Even better in my house than in the showroom. I didn't think it could be a better experience however I was wrong. I went back to the store to ask for an explanation of one of the TVs functions and was informed that the price had gone down and I would be getting a $400 dollar refund in the mail. But even more than that, the Samsung sound bar was on sale that day for about half price so that along with the refund gave me a sound bar for no cost. But even better than that...... I re-watched Gravity in 3D with the new sound bar. I am almost speechless. Absolutely incredible purchasing experience, customer service and TV viewing. Wow. Thanks.

I just wanted to make a comment on how pleased I was about my recent first time experience with "The Big Screen Store". The wife and I wanted a new TV comprising the latest technology and after doing some research, planned to make a day of it looking in all the local Big Name electronic department stores. In the past, most purchases were made at the now defunct Circuit City. After our first stop, I decided to forgo any further travel and to check out the Big Screen Store in Winchester, VA. I had recently seen their advertisement on TV and Google searched their closest location. I wanted to see if their claim to beat anybody's prices was true. James Magnotti III was the store representative. There was no rush to sell; time was spent answering all my questions and looking at all the displayed possibilies. I must say he conducted himself in a professional manner, was very couteous, and was very knowledgable. We ended up purchasing a Sony XBR-52LX900. Best price in town? Definate ly! This "special" saved us $1600.00 over the nearest competitor. I originally wanted a 55" TV, but after this was delivered, it actually was better for the space available. And to boot, no "what if" sales pitch to buy an extended warranty. That was already included. If there should ever be a problem, service personnel would repair in house. I would not have to take this unit any where.
I'm sure glad I saw your ad on TV. The Big Screen Store is definately the one-stop shop. no false advertising in your advertisements."

I would like to take a moment to share our shopping experience at The Big Screen Store in Annapolis, Maryland. My husband and I had recently decided to purchase our first large screen HD television set. We had shopped at several of your competitors and a couple of big box stores. We found the experience at those stores very frustrating as we could not find anyone who was willing to take the time to answer our questions and to figure out what we needed. On March 3rd we were leaving yet another store frustrated and saw your store. Our frustration level was heightened since this was the last day of my chemotherapy for my breast cancer treatment.
When we entered the store we were greeted by Jonathan Gelrud. Jonathan was very understanding, had great patience and was very helpful. He explained the differences between the types of sets and helped us figure out what would work best for our needs. Jonathan also suggested a Bose sound system and helped us pick out an entertainment stand to hold all of our components. He arranged for delivery and set up. There were a few complications with the setup. Jonathan helped us through those problems and between him and another salesperson, Jared, all of our problems were solved. My husband had a difficult time learning how to use the remotes and made several more trips to the store for help. Each time Jonathan and Jerud were very helpful and truly cared about us. Their patience was truly remarkable.
We have found it difficult to find salespeople who truly care about their customers. In Jonathan and Jared you have two employees who care and will take the time with customers to make sure all of their needs are met. Your company is very fortunate to have these gentlemen as part of your company. But My wife and I wanted to check it out anyway before we hit the Best Buy, H.H. Gregg. Well I never had to leave. Barry was extremely helpful and very resourceful. He made us feel comfortable and relaxing. It was a big deal for us to spend that kind of money. Looking around at other places we didn't get that kind of service. Barry Stephanos helped us pick out a great 65 Samsung and sound bar. The delivery guys called when Barry said they would, and they showed up when they said they would also.
